The Basic Sciences section of the LSIT review course covers everything you need to know about basic sciences including dendrology (pltants), geology (types or rocks and formation of the earth), and cartography (building maps and using coordinate systems)
This seminar discusses the basic sciences that underlie the land surveying profession. We will learn about cartography, demonology, geology, then wrap-up with a concept review. This course is accepted in every state for land surveyors except New York.
Though I have been surveying for about 15 years, I never attended a 4-year program so I missed many of these basic science courses. This course was fun and short.
